Returns
Due to the nature of fashion and gold-plated jewellery, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered, except in the following cases:
You received a damaged or defective product
You received an incorrect item
To be eligible for a return, the issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear images or videos of the product and packaging.
Items must be:
Unused and in original condition
In original packaging with tags intact
Refunds
Once your return request is approved and the product is inspected:
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Non-Refundable Items
Products damaged due to misuse, wear & tear, or improper handling
Orders placed during sales, offers, or promotions
Customized or special-order jewellery
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer exchanges.
